President PZKol of the championship

In a letter to the organizer, granting the right to organize the UCI Trials Word Youth Games, Richard Szurkowski the President of the Polish Cycling Federation wrote:
"... Granting the right to host such a prestigious international cycling event is great honor for Poland.  As the President of the Polish Cycling Federation I invite the authorities of the city, municipality and county as well as sponsors to take part in the organization of the Trial. "
